PERU-Hub organized the third CLA workshop “Pause and Reflect”, an activity in which the project partners participated and in which the results achieved up to the middle of year 2 (project implementation time) were presented.
The workshop aimed to reflect on successes and challenges, identify examples of successes and possible adaptations, and share lessons learned so far.
In addition, we reviewed if the project’s indicators are on track to meet the goals and performance established since its creation, as these will be presented to USAID in the Year 2 Mid Term Report.
The activity, which was organized by the Knowledge component of PERU-Hub, was attended by representatives from Utah State, Purdue, Oklahoma, Bioversity and Ciat universities and members of USAID.
CLA (Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting) workshops are a set of practices that help USAID and its partners to be an effective learning organization, and therefore, a more effective development organization.
